Leadership Moves is a place where you can come with your hopes and fears, strengths and weaknesses, and forge bonds with other women leaders to grow individually and communally. Heathery Kaye and Angela Franco create an environment with focus and skill to lead you through a series of experiences that will challenge and encourage you on many levels. Leadership Moves is a group of seasoned leaders who meet every other month as a peer learning community. Together we help one another solve strategic issues or intractable problems, strengthen and stretch individual leadership capacity. Candid, focused discussions with other leaders helps to clarify issues and convert concerns into practical action.

Heather Kaye and Angela Franco, executive coach/facilitators with experience in the nonprofit sector, manage the sessions with an eye on producing the maximum benefit for each participant. The facilitators keep the agenda on target and appropriately paced, and acts as a proactive contributor. Between meetings members meet informally and have access to additional coaching if needed.

Leadership Moves is an annual commitment with renewal each year and accommodates up to twenty members. Six full-day meetings are held. The program kicks off with a two day overnight followed by daylong meetings every two months.
